Frequently Asked Questions

Raw cakes are made without baking and contain no processed ingredients. They are crafted with whole food alternatives like nuts, nut butters, fruits, superfoods, and natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, agave, monk fruit, coconut sugar, and dates. Because the ingredients are never heated above 115°F (46°C), the cakes retain their natural nutrients and enzymes. As a result, they are free from gluten, eggs, lactose, refined sugars, soy, and artificial colorants.

Raw cakes must be refrigerated at all times. I recommend keeping them at room temperature for no longer than 30 minutes.
They can also be stored in the fridge for up to 5–6 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
If freezing, slice the cake first and store the pieces in an airtight container to preserve flavor, texture, and freshness.
When you're ready to enjoy a slice, simply remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Most of our cakes can be adapted for ketogenic or sugar-free diets.

All of my desserts are kid-friendly.
Cakes that contain coffee can be customized to be caffeine-free.
I also offer nut-free options for children with nut allergies, and I never use artificial colorants or refined sugars in any of my creations.

Yes, every cake at Nature’s Kiss Cake is made-to-order and crafted from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients to ensure the best flavor, texture, and experience.

Please place your order at least 3 days before your event.
Custom decoration cakes require one week's notice.
Holiday orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.

I use Uber Connect to deliver qualified orders within the Cleveland region (Cuyahoga/Lake/Lorain/Geauga counties). Delivery fees will vary depending on the distance from my location. The delivery fee starts at just $10. Please contact me for more information or if you have any other questions.
